Tailored Candidate Selection: Based on our discussion, we’ll sift through our extensive network of retail professionals to present you with several candidates who not only meet your requirements but also align with the culture and values of your company.  

Efficient Process: We understand the urgency that comes with filling open roles, especially in the retail sector. Our team is geared towards acting quickly to ensure that you’re not left with a vacancy for long.  

Long-Term Partnership: Beyond just filling the immediate open role, we see ourselves as your long-term partners in recruitment. We are here for any future needs you may have, ready to assist and ensure your store is always staffed with the best talent.

What is your fee structure, and what does it include?

We take a unique and transparent approach to our pricing, which is designed to be straightforward and budget-friendly. Unlike traditional recruiting search firms that often charge a significant percentage of the candidate's annual salary, we operate on a flat rate fee structure.

For all positions with a base salary under $100K, we charge a single flat rate. For positions with a base salary above $100K, there is another flat rate, ensuring clarity and simplicity in our pricing. This model is specifically designed to eliminate any budgetary surprises and make the financial aspect of the recruitment process as manageable as possible for you.

While our model does require payment upfront, we believe that the combination of our competitive flat rates, the cost savings that scale with larger packages, and the high quality of our services makes OSSY an excellent choice for your recruitment needs.

We are committed to providing exceptional value and ensuring that you have access to the best candidates to fill your open positions. Our team is dedicated to working closely with you to understand your unique needs and deliver the results you need to succeed

Can I purchase just one job to fill under $100K salary?

At OSSY, our primary goal is to establish lasting partnerships with our clients, providing continuous support and assistance in your hiring journey. We believe in fostering strong relationships rather than focusing on one-time transactions. This approach ensures that we can deliver the most value and help you build a robust and talented team over time.

Unfortunately, this means we do not offer the option to purchase services for filling just one job position under $100K salary. Our packages are designed to cater to your long-term hiring needs, ensuring that you have a reliable partner in us at all times.

Does my subscription expire?

We know that you will have hiring needs throughout the year, so your subscription with us does not have an expiration date. You are free to utilize it whenever you need to search for candidates, and don’t hesitate to reach out when you’re ready to initiate a search; we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Do you have experience in retail recruiting?

Yes! We have extensive experience in retail recruiting, spearheaded by our Co-Founder, Ron Thurston. Ron brings decades of invaluable experience in recruiting for store roles, having personally hired hundreds of individuals for the businesses he has led. What’s your screening process for candidates?

Our process is centered around very personal, competency-based conversations that delve deep into a candidate's experiences, skills, and motivations. What’s the replacement policy if the hire doesn’t work out?

At OSSY, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the candidates we help you find, and we understand the importance of a good fit for both the employer and the employee. In the rare event that a hire does not work out within the first 90 days, we want to assure you that we are here to support you.

We offer a replacement policy where we will happily find you another suitable match for the role completely free of charge. Our team will work diligently to understand any adjustments or additional criteria needed to ensure a better fit for the next candidate.

We are dedicated to forming long-lasting partnerships and providing ongoing support, and our replacement policy is part of this commitment. We strive to make the recruitment process as seamless and successful as possible, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
